"however it seems more often than not even though a lot of their reasoning for trashing a stock is illogical they end up seeming to be right which is unfortunately a double insult on my limited intelligence ."
plough,
there is a really simple reason for that one.
The vast bulk of the players in the market (companies - particularly small companies) - are basically just money chewing crud ----------- nothing more, nothing less.
It is dead set easy to be an accurate predictor of the asx companies -------------- just be negative - doesn't matter what reasons ------------ just mark everything down - and numerically - one MUST end up overall correct - way above average.
This is true probably of any market - but, particularly of an immature market and particularly one in which has either a convict upbringing or is heavily involved in organised crime.
So - down rampers, trolls - must, by default win.
They hate it to death when they get done ------------- it brings the roof of their filthy little cave down -- they can't stand it - why?
Because for many of them - they have believed what they preached and, sometimes, when on a particular personal vendetta - they really get peed off when a company runs and becomes successful if one of their personal targets is trumpeting the company.
So, there you are - a reason for everything.
The lessons ------ even taking the slightest notice of trolls is dangerous - one must question - not motive - but, modus operandi - that is the give away -
look closely at what they are saying -- or asking.
Is it easily answered?
Is it relevant at all?
Can it ever be refuted?
Does it open up more questions?
Is it supported by actual fact - if it is relevant?
Usually, things like that are give aways.
The only reason for engaging is to find out - why? Are they in fact trolling or, are they just plain sick? Or, are they the rare bird who is just genuinely concerned?
Either way it cuts -- they do damage - you cannot judge the quality of a particular stock by their insane or persistent mutterings - because most of their targets will be duds anyway.
have a great night my friend.
