i think they are going to be disappointed as the market is moving to a bullish one and the price will increase and paladin will be making decent profit, 1 dollar won't be enough. if there smart they'll make a offer when the u price is under $40 dollar but i think it might go higher than that soon so they'll have to be quick based on the analysis on http://futures.tradingcharts.com/chart/UX/. and if its to good of a deal they'll be others coming to put in a offer. or maybe a join with cameco that would be good.
