With so much work that needs to be done to supply the gas the CB players should be working closer together to make things happen - can't all be on BPT's back...
If ORG are looking for an out I'd tell them cough up 80m in cash then use that to get drilling and own it 100%
80m would buy some action - I'd also lock ORG in for a supply set up on top because I don't think ORG could walk away from its binding obligations - ID would have the whip hand IMO
