I would say the reason they waited was to give themselves the opportunity of increasing the NTA with their on market by back, after all they were picking these up at a substantial discount.
The question is as a listed investment company will they be acting in all shareholders interests or milking the life out of it for themselves?
As I still hold I hope they are genuine, they have shown themselves to be astute operators.
You can't blame them for the previous management decisions or taking advantage of an opportunity, isn't that we are all trying to do here?
