I feel your pain bunny.
I found the phrase '...adding shareholder value' a little offensive in that last presentation as for the five years or so I have been in this stock i have only seen the sp go one way ... down.
I'm not sure they will get the minimum $2.3m required to be honest so I'm not sure what I will do now. Also I suspect a RE and as you say, on a reconstructed basis, the shares could drop further than .001c in todays terms. AON, the sister company did a 1:10 RE at 1c and those shares now trade at .004ish on pre RE terms.
The other thing that concerns me is the $1.2m ish legal fees this year as outlined in the AR! All that mucking around fighting in the Warden's court ... I would have preferred spent on drilling!
Good luck Bunny ... as you say, it's not a loss until you sell.
