In the unlikely event of 3.5 bill barrels there will be more than 1 FPSO and JV may already be planning for that event looking for another tie back location. Not a one trick pony but an oil province.
One thing that springs to mind with FPSO is how such a system handles inclement weather. I don't know how wild it gets of West Africa but one would imagine if it gets anything like the Northern Atlantic one would not like to be floating around out there. Maybe someone can elaborate.
