If you notice, the spot price is cyclical and have been moving between $35 - $39. However, it appears now that it is slowly inching up because it has not gone that low in the trend. With positive sentiment news, it looks like it is changing from buyers' market to sellers' market and IMO it will continue to move up with each cycle. Though it may not happen overnight.
