For What It"s Worth.
Having taken everything into account now , my gut is saying that we will have a full resolution/settlement and an agreed payout on everything shortly.
The two parties have been negotiating a settlement for months prior to court and have had disputes about points of law which have now been tested and affirmed in court in NRW's favor.
All the Rhetoric from Pemberton has been around Disappointment that this went to court and that they were not able to make an agreed settlement.
I think Samsung tested the water ,they failed and are now as we speak sitting with NRW around a table and working out a final agreed end to the whole mess.
