Crowd Mobile (ASX:CM8) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, with its shares placed in pre-open.
The company requested the halt as it said it is in the final stages of determining whether all conditions precedent for the completion of the Track Acquisition will be satisfied.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Tuesday 13th October 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
