The 45 business day due diligence period as stated in the ASX Announcement 21 April 2006 was a guideline only.
The Company anticipates updating the market with KNOC’s results next week, following meetings from key representatives from both KNOC and Range Resources in Dubai.
In regards to the recent decline in the Company's share price, the Company has no control over the price. The Company believes that it is a reaction to some of the negative press and false and misleading information that has been posted on various internet sites. The Company is looking at ways to reduce this negative flow of information.
The Company remains positive about its Somalian projects as conveyed in the announcement to the ASX on 1 June 2006.
