interesting TP, another broker suggested similar this week:
"we also see scope for several catalysts including the AGM update in the coming weeks plus M&A opportunities being considered...these include two further Domino's territories plus an opportunity outside the Dominos system.....there is also an option to acquire the remaining 25% of Dominos Japan, which would be highly EPS accretive"
..the Bain put (3yr) and DMP call (5yr) mechanics are in the 13 August 2013 ASX announcemnt. strike is 17.5x unlevered P/e + adjustments FYI.
