    Cash in hand would be a good one.

    Also, a legal opinion on Chinese law prepared by a reputable Chinese law firm, translated into an English legal opinion, on exactly how TON intend to enforce their agreements if the other party/parties decide not to follow through as contracted. That opinion should comment on the cost and time frame of such proceedings.
