No doubt that NC/GR obtaining legal advice in both USA and AUSTRALIA.
This is customary in all matters pertaining to listing, mainly to protect Directors.
There is no chance that due diligence on NC would not have picked up whether his qualifications are not as stated.
NC would be aware of this and if this is a con as you suggest he would not be caught out on anything this simple.
So leave the qualification s alone and detail some facts. (I should have used imply instead of suggest).
