We would not know whether those institution are holding Long or Short positions. They are saying $20, but they can hold long positions legally. Is it?
Roughly the market picked up oil stocks, started from OSH, --->then WPL--->STO--->ORG--->AWE--->BPT--->SXY--->DLS
% changed in 5 working days, 6/10/42/21/19/32/25/21
OSH & WPL did not change much, only 6% & 10% as SP did not drop much
DLS, AWE, SXY & BPT should have much space going up as SP dropped quite lot. They could follow STO step
