At the moment, the "money" the World is using is intrinsically worthless.
Gold and Silver are not being used as money at the moment, but may be again (in some form) in the future.

People say you can't eat gold, well you can't bloody eat paper or plastic either (at least US dollars have a bit of fibre)

China and Russia are not buying and hoarding gold for fun.

What could the price of gold get to in US dollars? (the "current" Reserve currency)
How much Monopoly money would I have to give you for an ounce of gold?

The big question in the end will be when to sell...
