Most people that have a gripe with a product will write a review. Much less positive experiences are reviewed unless you provide an incentive to do so. Just human nature. Check out reviews for ISP providers even the top providers have terrible overall reviews. Eg. first google search for TPG on product review.com.au has 1.7 out of 5 stars from 1045 reviews. Look at TPG share price, not reflecting the ISP experience at all. Ignore the haters.
