Would someone be kind enough to assist me in working out the cost base of my new Vocus shares?
I bought 1000 AMM shares at $1.20 on the 8 Aug 12. An AMM share equates to 0.4614 VOC 's share.
1000 AMM = 461 VOC
My understanding is the implied value of AMM Share due to the mergers is $2.45 and VOC is $5.31.
If I elect script for script roll over, my understanding is the new Vocus share are considered to be purchased on the
8 Aug 12. But want value will be the cost base be for the Vocus share?
What is the cost base if I decide not to keep the Vocus shares and sell them soon?
