The Australian online just reported that Credit Suisse have speculated that STO may be ready to announce a capital raising as early as today to take advantage of the approx 8% rise in the POO and almost 50% rise in the STO share price over the last week.
I would generally have more faith in financial market comments from the tuck shop lady rather than CS but you never know.
