I don't think it would be to difficult for most to hazard a guess at the answers to your questions IMHO!! Yes, Yes, No could be possible answers and perhaps the answer to question 2 could also be that it isn't possible because the most valuable asset, in my view, the processing plant has already been mortgaged!
Not sure what else of value is available to be used as security. All my personal view of course.
