Hi VH.
WOR is certainly tempting. When it was sub 6 it appeared to be a screaming buy, almost unbelievable that it would get there in a way given its market darling standing a few years ago.
I certainly hold strong in the belief that good quality oil related stocks will do well in the long term. The reduction we have seen in capital expenditure recently will mean there is less production... There is an inventory to wear off but in a few years time we could have shortages! Cyclical industries.
None the less I do wonder if there is one more big dumping of the oil price to come in next few weeks maybe months that would knock both the MRM and WOR share prices, creating a final buying opportunity before the cycle turns.
And hopefully a lot of short covering to follow that!
