Stoeger is right, what would really drive this one is a plan for long term viability from the new management- is it really possible that they have something up their sleeve?
Here's my plan: since the ECB and other central banks are offering negative interest rates at the moment, let's repackage our debt and get it making money for us!
Seriously though, there has never been a better time in history to carry debt, interest rates are non existent, every nation is in a race to print money and devalue debt, BLY should be able to steer its way through this.
