The directors of CVN (both exec and non-exec) hold too much stock for a predator to get anywhere near the numbers for a hostile T/O.
So any T/O offer would need to be friendly and providing an offer that even the execs couldn't refuse, talking dollars.
PS: There is a dude out there, I'm sure he posts of the FAR thread who has the GPS ability to see where the rigs are in real time, someone with techno knowledge could probably do the same with our rig. Unfortunately, it is not me.
