You could call up commsec and complain, but then they might just say "We dont care". Other than that there is no much you can do but change your broker. I use commsec, and i find they are pretty good most of the time, and yep, i had the same problems as you on the weekend, but its very are that something like that would happen.

They should have posted something on there front page saying they are having technical difficulties or something of that sort. But they might have thought that it wasn't urgent as most poeple wouldn't use their commsec accounts on the weekend.
