To be fair, probably shareholders need to assess their expectations...and not expect fly-by-night 100% gains.
The typical process is to measure your resource, get JORC, do DFS/BFS, then use this Statement to obtain Finance. TON is going down a fairly traditional path. I think it's more the mindset and patience of investors that's getting frustrated.
