If they think they will wait till the last day for the T/O in November then provide some update saying "due to market conditions we are not proceeding" that is poor form

They would already know 100% now the direction the majors want to go, the SP of CAKRA and the status of the T/O, so why not update the market instead of keeping us in darkness

Lynch is an absolute lightweight, no clout and even with Platinum in their corner they are still getting screwed - what a joke

Remember how I used to repeat over and over again about the size of the management/Director pay packets.....?

Well - nothing has changed - while this so-called takeover has been going on all those boffins have still been collecting their pay cheques......including Martino & Lynch
