In the TIX 2015 ANNUAL RESULTS PRESENTATION 19 AUGUST 2015
on page 13 it states the estimated NTA for the Combined Group (TIX/ANI) is $2.24.
This may explain the bit of selling off that is occurring as well, now given the deal is just about certain.
So I don't expect the share price to fall below $2.24 . Once the dust settles and TIX apply themselves to managing the combined property portfolio and for reasons given by TIX and the other posters I am optimistic .
Given the combined Group WALE of 5 years I see this a source of good stable income in a volatile share market, irrespective of deflationary or inflationary trends in the economy.
