When I spoke to Martin, he told me he had not been engaged to do this years fins as yet, although they need to be done. The cost is probably 60k.v

I rang the liquidators as well and questioned the likelihood of finance from Creafin and was told in both instances to believe the last statement from the auditors in last years fins.

Both directed me back to FAS, the undertone was it is FAS office that should be dealing with my questions and they were not engaged to answer questions from shareholders, they both commented regarding the lack of updates to shareholders was unusual. As we are aware they FAS appear to be in no mood to talk to any shareholders, by what we can gather on this forum.

The liquidator was surprised that the r&d had nt been lodged and they have recieved 1 and looking to receive another payment. however these are earmark for sheldon coates.

the administrator said the only way is an egm, or basically my opinion is we are sitting ducks.
