Sadly as I understand it, the Australia laws make multiple corporate actions both complicated and largely un-feasible, so for now, any action will be between 2 parties (All IMHO). Sooner or later we should start seeing some assets being bought/sold, so I am looking forward to seeing how it all plays out.
