I was just talking to my mate about Patricia and he made a good point that hasn't been discussed.
Maybe she converted them early because there is a rights issue coming and options cannot participate?
She could also use these shares as collateral to fund her participation in the rights?
I should clarify that this is not a base case and absolute speculation but in theory could be considered as possible.
