That's why those IM and Benchmark Reports despite being expensive [$5grand a year subscription] are so "murky" on definitive info and facts. The Trading Houses feed "misleading" data to them.

Also Tkrupp declared that never again would it "name" itself as an Offtaker after it's experience with being named for KNL. Apparently Tkrupp got harassed by every existing and gunner be Mine Project. No doubt it's existing Supplier [China?] kicked up a bit of a stink, too. What's this Import Replacement 2017?

Anyhow that's the thing about Binding Offtakes being made for 2017 production. If the buyer is named and identified, their current Supplier can get "nasty". No problem with a SOE naming itself, a SOE is currently it's own supplier, all part of the Dragon System but a RoW end user or Distributor/Trader?
