Why not just spend the money on EXPLORATION ! These deals where its spend $200k for 5 years to earn XX.X%, its almost like you don't want to find anything, because once you've paid for geophysics mobilisation / drilling mobilisation, etc you've only drilled a few hundred m RC for the year. Why not budget $500k one year, $500k the next ? Having 90% of you're expenditure in admin and salaries and 10% in proper exploration should be telling you you need to get something worth spending the money on or just give what money you've got left back to the shareholders.
