Smart Team, you may see in all updates on Premier, Lavra and O Capitao if refers to the 'Cleveland Premier Joint venture' (That is the Cleveland/Edifica Partnership currently 50/50) indicating that all of these projects are under this joint venture. It has Premier in the name so that may have confused. Hence a change from 50% to 60% or higher related to the Cleveland Premier Joint Venture (i.e. with Edifica) would change the percentages of all these projects, there is not a separate agreement or Joint Venture for each of these plots.
Well at least that is what my team has informed me here in NZ, its a small, under resourced team so maybe they have got this wrong....lol
