He was a director of YOW and was involved in the back-door listing, I think he held the Yowie rights from memory. There was a bit of a coup and he was voted out very early in the piece so I understand there is not a lot of goodwill with current management. He held a pile of shares, originally about 12m, sold about 6m so is still one of the biggest holders.
