From what I can gather, it's 4 x expected FY16 EBIT initially. Then, another 2 x EBIT for FY16 on top of the initial sum, with 2x FY EBIT all the way up to FY18. Therefore, 4 x FY16 EBIT + 2 x FY16 EBIT + 2 x FY17 EBIT + 2 x FY18 EBIT.
That purchase price is a little steep imo but time will tell!
