Hmm, so if I got it right, and, the new offer goes through, DGRs holding in AJQ is gone and replaced by 15 million cash and 525 million Lakes oil shares. another penny dreadful added to the DGR stable.
oh, and look at that, NM retains a directorship...50k.. and while thinking about good old nick, he must be pretty happy with his recent investment in AJQ.. Buying 900 000 shares for $111 550 (8cps, now potentially 20cps) that's 150% since 4 Sept.. good going ol' boy.
I trust NM is managing DGR on behalf of its shareholders with the same mental dexterity.
