Questions for AGM, page-2

I think they are very good questions. The issue for me is that the AGM is on the 13th and voting on the resolutions is due by the 11th. So we are in the dark about these issues (eg. is a CR anticipated?), but we shouldn't be if we are requested to vote in relation to them as per the resolution on placement capacity. I think we should lobby the company to provide answers to these and other questions PRIOR to the 11th so that we have a greater level of clarity. As shareholders we have some leverage to request a greater level of detail before approving the resolutions. I am intending to email the company.
