Nature of transaction:  "On 24 July 2015, GCAA Investments Pty Ltd
elected to pay up in full 6,000,000 partly paid Ordinary Shares. The last day
on which amounts could be paid up on the 6,000,000 partly paid Ordianry
Shares, which were issued by The a2 Milk Company Limited in August 2010, was
25 August 2015.

The sale of 1,000,000 fully paid Ordinary Shares through broker facilities
was effected to facilitate the repayment of a debt facility associated with
the conversion of 6,000,000 partly paid Ordianry Shares to fully paid
Ordinary Shares on 24 July 2015. "
