I like the positive spin but the mining market hasn't changed apart from new series of vehicles that will have a shorter vehicle life IMO. The above statements are not detailed enough IMO. Anyone ask them about the military contracts and why they didn't get any?

With their current fixed costs just how many brakes annually do they need to sell on what margin and with what ongoing parts revenue to actually exist? Does the market they can access have that many vehicles? The business plan has changed over the years and am not sure now and with so many shares and notes on issue ?

Really need a full breakdown of just how many they need to sell and what is the % of the real market they can access for the miners that have to have them. So many world mines have differing rules and off road , above ground , below ground and on road requirements that the market isn't as big as some may think IMO. IF SIBS is better and cheaper in a short payback why don't they have sales? There are full chassis small trucks now available that will be tougher , more long lasting and used on sites with bus bodies etc where they have a definite advantage but they just don't seem to get any interest from those independent builders on incorporating their product and just not sure how many canters , NPS and izuzu stuff is actually fitted or it's cycle for replacement ?. Prices? support? why?

As for trials they run - well get out there and publish the data if it is that good and if FOX group don't take it up someone else might who has different conditions or can make it viable or someone will make a offer on the company and give some shareholders some relief from shotting in money.

Just never enough detail with these guys to fully assess what they are up to and if their dreams are in any way achievable with the budget constraints they have . As part of a larger group with existing products they could be a star department but as a stand alone every aspect of business they consider to pursue is very expensive as they have no scale.

Now that user base of 3000 vehicles mentioned above - wow that number just doesn't seem quite right so if anyone knows what actually makes up that number I'd like to know. If they have 3000 vehicles actually fitted and operational - where are they and what are they and how long in service ? What version etc? When is replacement due and I just don't see any spare parts income ? Surely if there was 3000 active out there then they would have a forecast going forward of life of system and expected income to them that could go in a report to shareholders?

Time is the enemy as always because there will be other competing products on the market possibly in regards to sealed motors and electric motors doing much of the brake load and regeneration or magnetic brakes all advancing in other fields like conveyors where these systems types were once the only option.
Costs in this business are large Was that $60,000 in costs to raise $550000- yep 10% gone, Moving premises but then not being able to rent old premises so now paying rent on both until let? What the hell? The convertible notes at a what rate? and then look at the wages - it is a big bill in there for management IMO for a company going to holders for $ and getting very expensive finance top keep the doors open?
I might have it all wrong so happy to be shown such as I don't follow it that closely any more
I hope they can get some traction and sales soon . I love the product and it's benefits it can provide especially the 4 wheeled parking brake if set up that way.

Now where are all the day trade pump and dump heroes adorned with their symbols and clan of devoted followers and just why did they pump it when they did?
