Hey guys....sorry....but there must be a reason why Miller and his friends have started to buy Intrepid shares. There is surely an overaching plan and it is surely not the fact that Kitumba or Mumbwa is worthless.....and probably also not the cash in the bank. Even if Millers will pay back the cash he will hardly be breakeven.
So what was from the beginning the plan? Miller will not tell us! Not to you and not to me. Will he protect the interests of the shareholders? Are you sure he will? I doubt. He will protect his interests and the interests of his friends. As soon as he has the full control of the company he will pay back cash depress the SP and basically takeover the company literally through the backdoor. Then in a few years and in a different environment he will sell the whole stuff and make his profit.
Maybe I am wrong, maybe I am dreaming. Fact is that Miller has no clue of mining and also the new directors will have no clue. So is a pure financial thing to squeeze out the company in his interest.
Back in 1987 we called such people Raiders.....
