Notice of AGM announced to ASX after 6pm tonight. AGM will be at Grace Hotel, 77 York Street, Sydney, New South Wales, 2000 on 18 November 2015 at 9.00 am (AEDT).

Interesting read regarding seeking approval for the awarding of new options and shares to the Directors. This is not abnormal and to be expected. However, the option price is set at $0.33 with a 5 years expiry date from the date of issue.

As a shareholder, I understand the need to reward staff who grow the company. What upsets me is that the issue price of the options which has no stretch value in it whatsoever.

I am starting to feel a little sceptical about the forces that have been influencing the share price of late. I would be surprised to see the CVT share price above $0.33 when the AGM is held on 18 November. It wouldn't normally be acceptable for shareholders to approve an allocation of "in the money" options to Directors at an AGM.

I would be happier if the exercise price was around $0.45 to $0.50 instead.
ie. people are paid for striving for performance
