I live up in Heathridge,890sqm block in a culdesac,3x1,1970s house,2km from the beach, great facilities, amenities & infarstructure. If I sold tomorrow I'd get $380k.
Over priced, I don't think so, how much would you pay for a house on a big block 2ks from the beach in either Syd. or Mel.?
