Yes and they have the money to hire R&D personnel and/or laboratories such as the one they just retired plus they have a developed deep technology pipeline that only requires refining. They never had any "in house" personnel, these were hired laboratories and the people in them are hired. They also have ong deal done, one pending , several products (patented) and are at orphan status on 2 continents. Where the hell are you coming from hectort?
