It's not the fact he doesn't show up at boardroom meeting by him.
Fact is if he don't give a rats showing up, why would the rest have an input, one dont care the rest may follow.
I truly think this is not the case, however the board (full of minors that can't help to throw money at what they did in the past) should act he is old and needs to be replaced IMO, We need people that KNOW what is needed to get a medical company to act the way it should not find a bit of dirt with lots of minerals in the dirt they dug up,
yes we have old old bloke that did wonders for CSL on there board, and he is on SPL's board to yet he purchased shares there not long ago. We have 2 dic's that if you hold more than 1 share you have more than them, They have been there for over a year so the window has been open for them a few times to buy nothing surer,

Whether they get what they wont in the vote, wont mean crap, till start to show the results we think they can do. I will say this yes it's growing in the last few months and will keep doing just that, but till they start to point this out and with a projection to profit it's going no where fast, up to them to show it, and if that takes taking a few old blokes to be removed off the board it can't happen soon enough. as much as I dont like the fact the 2 new dic's don't hold 1 share maybe we should remove some that do.
I'm 200% sure that they will buy on market at some stage. like me they will and should do it when some of WHAT I think are the milestones we all want.
I held this when the market cap was 19 million and none of them got shares on market then (yes it was cheap) but no one knew how long then before any approval this little company would take to make a profit, yes it's closer now by far, but we happen to be up against some really big players and that's still gunna take time.
Yes one day soon they will do it thats the time you want the board to be buying on market. we all live in the real world no one likes buy and find out that you can get them cheaper not them or me. But in short we have had a record month in sales not so sure about the 1st 2 in last 1/4 as it was holiday season over there.
So record breaking month will only lead to more, and I assume that now we have more centres we will find it ezer by the month, it wont go down as they are growing them, don't think someone on the board not showing up will or should change that.
And to the court case well seawild point out that allied got a good deal because of BOD not quite right BOD try to takeover Allied but had no money, how many shares would BOD issued to get Allied and Frazer we would of hit 2 billion shares on offer back then. Yes he is right lee is trying to fix a bad deal as they are going him too, but there reason is they say Lee is looking after himself, but he is taking the a strong line on it and I'm glad he is because he is doing it as a shareholder and wants the best outcome, so he winner we are shareholders to SO WE WIN. and If he wasn't trying to fix the mess Robert started I would be disappointed, and Lee can dig in and I want nothing less.
If you say you are a long term holder some of the crap Ive read lately says you all live for each pip up or down, if some vax news came Monday that sent it to 20 cents most would say yep best Mgt out there. But yet lets all talk about A CR that is if at all close to 9 months away if we dont make 1 dollar between now and then. Lets all says it will so the next one is at 4 cents but what does a SP at 4 cents make your trading account look like, Me Id rather see is at 40 cents as my trading acount would look shit loads better and I would chuck a buck there way, Sorry I forgot we don't dig holes so it will never happen
