I sold MPL at $2.55 last Feb as I reckon it was way overpriced. The 5c ff div wasn't worth waiting for, even though it was ahead of expectations. The proceeds have been successfully reinvested a couple of times since then, so more than made up!
I was waiting for the SP to fall to circa $1.80 (greedy?). Never happened. Might in the near future. Its fundamentally a good company and only good wishes for the long term holders. A retracement is worth looking out for - even for the long term holders - it will be load up time at anything below $2, IMO.
