I was going to mention Nick's acquisition on the SYR thread, but I think it would have been interpreted in the usual manner.

The thought had crossed my mind as well that someone could have their sights set on SYR, with that recently raised $211 million in the bank, by acquiring a slice of SYR via a backdoor. CSE doesn't have anything else on the boil, other than 11 million SYR shares, and at 22c it's a cheap way of getting a foot in the door

The issue for SYR is that management, now that Paul Kehoe sold his substantial holding as well as the other original founders, no longer have the control of ownership they once had - I mentioned that here 16092701. It would be interesting to know if Bolton's fund is also sitting on SYR's register - perhaps in one of the Nominee a/c's under the 5% mark?

Nick Bolton is one to watch, IMO. I remember his moves with BrisConnect vividly
