100% right (obviously) but was that what Einstein was trying to say?
For eg. IP's can still be effectively decoupled from ones other assets by using a trust structure. Creditors can chase ones personal assets but can't chase assets within the trust and vice versa. One side goes under, pants are pulled back up and life goes on.
