For those that want to do something about the position we find ourselves cornered in, the ASIC website (asic.gov.au) will eventually lead to the following 'Report of Misconduct' form...

If you want to frame the complaint in the context of the oppression of minority SHers, I refer you to tofp's excellent post (#16190840). This is clearly not the only basis of a complaint and I'm not advising you on the appropriate approach in your circumstances.

ASIC will only act when faced with numerous complaints, so I suggest you act now.  Clearly, this is not apt if you're going to take Askari's view (not a SHer) and want to throw more money at the issue becaues things will improve (???). I for one see liquidation as the best posn (v. unfortunately) as we can then move to a Liquidator's Notice and arranging our tax affairs accordingly.

    GLTA and of course DYOR...Pt
