Even if ASIC don't allow Noble & Co to vote out the RES board, they will still be able to vote against re-electing SM at the AGM. And, when the remaining board members (including PJ) are up for re-election, they'll vote them out too!!! I fear that one way or another PIC, Noble, Altius, Shinto etc will eventually gain control of Boikarabelo for their own benefit.
