Hi DB CNE like FAR will have exchange obligations regardless of the JV to disclose Material information when it happens , their shareholders will be as keen as ours to get results. This is not tight hole stuff thats for other details and as the first and most important well in the program results will be price sensitive and very material to the JV and the future of the program.
Some things we think are Material are not by ASX rules but this information will be...
Normally as the JV partners have different exchange opening hours it will go into a TH often just as the drill enters the zone, to prevent possible insider trading, untill CNE as operator announces results first....
