    An announcement!! Not the one we were hoping for... but reading between the lines (page 11 section d) reason for placement.... states 2 reasons.. the first of which states a raising for the "new resources asset". Is this a sign that the Singaporean deal is looking good? Or just raising funds to continue the due dil?
